YOUR TASKS:
- As a Resident Engineer (all genders) your field of activity will be in research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolving customer/ production line issues.
- Your responsiblity will be performing Field Return Part Analysis (FRPA), working with different systems, software, hardware and follow standard procedures to escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
- As a member of a cross-functional bug triage team you will be an essential part of the quality assurance process of the product line.
- In case of any request you provide a prompt and accurate feedback to the customers.
- You ensure proper recording and closure of all issues and prepare accurate and timely reports.
YOUR PROFIL:
- You have a Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent diploma.
- You are familiar with adb, linux command line, linux filesystem knowledge, for example have an experience flashing Android devices and have basic scripting skills (Phyton, Shell…).
- You bring various experiences with Vector tools (CANalyzer, CANape, etc.), Wireshark, CANoe and DLT Logging.
- You bring proven working experience in technical support, or as a technical engineer.
- Having qnx file system knowledge and basic programming skills C++ is desirable.
- You bring proficiency in German and English and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Personally you have strong problem-solving skills and work reliably as well as independantly.
